Agenda For the undetermined future, we will be trying to do business as usual as much as possible. We will focus our online meeting on 2 major themes: How is our Community Residents?Applications to be heard and voted on. How do you as a neighbor contribute your comments and vote? Please be respectful online, it won’t be easy to not talk over each other. For that reason, it will be easiest to type you questions/comments into the Chat area of Zoom. You will find that at the lower part of your screen, click on it and the panel will show up on the right of the conference.After we here and discuss the Applicant you will be able to vote. Voting – We will provide a polling question for everyone to have the opportunity to answer. For example – “Do We have a Motion to support?” If Yes, go to #2, if Motion to deny, please put in Chat and provide why.For example – “Do We have a 2nd?”For example – “All if Favor?
