The Fourth Ward Alliance relies fully on the support of residents who volunteer their time to further the progress of their community. Our bylaws indicate elective officers for the FWA shall be the President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Land Use, Secretary, Treasurer and up to four At Large Board Members. PRESIDENT (Terry McColl)
- Attend all relevant neighborhood meetings and provide input regarding neighborhood votes and issues: monthly Fourth Ward Alliance meeting, monthly Executive Committee and Land Use Meeting, monthly NPU-M general body meeting
- Keep group organized, directed and motivated
- Ensure the expressed will of the FWA is carried out
- Help plan, promote, and staff annual Fourth Ward Alliance fundraising events, including Taste of the Fourth as well as other opportunities for fundraising
- Maintain open lines of communication with Fourth Ward West, Fourth Ward Neighbors, and the O4WBA
- Prepare FWA monthly meeting agenda
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS (Grant Hawkins)
- Run monthly neighborhood meetings if president is unable
- Help plan, promote, and staff annual Fourth Ward Alliance fundraising events, including Taste of the Fourth as well as other opportunities for fundraising
- Maintain open lines of communication with Fourth Ward West, Fourth Ward Neighbors, and the O4WBA
LAND USE CHAIR (Bru Krebs)
- Coordinate group members
- Manage projects
- Ensure meetings run in an orderly fashion
- Help plan, promote, and staff annual Fourth Ward Alliance fundraising events, including Taste of the Fourth as well as other opportunities for fundraising
SECRETARY (Kyle Whiteley)
- Monitor attendance at the General Meetings
- Print general meeting agendas and attendance sheets
- Take meeting minutes
- Manage communications to the neighborhood
- Help plan, promote, and staff annual Fourth Ward Alliance fundraising events, including Taste of the Fourth as well as other opportunities for fundraising
TREASURER (Shannon Mikaila)
- Maintain bank accounts, deposit collections, pay bills
- Get mail from SDB
- Annual IRS Filing and Secretary of State Update
- Prepare financial statements
